Class Details
  • Location: Yoga Therapy Toronto (692 Bloor Street West)
  • Schedule: Winter sessions every Tuesday at 6:30 PM, from January 9 to March 26
  • Cost: $25 per class
  • Drop-ins: Absolutely welcome – join us anytime

Each session is carefully curated to provide a holistic experience, incorporating:

  • Mindfulness meditation to ground and centre your presence
  • A blend of yang (active) and yin (passive) yoga postures to balance energy and promote physical well-being
  • Pranayama (breath work) to harness and regulate life energy
  • Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, to deeply relax and rejuvenate
