What is Somatic Social Work?
Somatic Social Work refers to a range of evidence-based therapeutic practices that use both the body (soma) and mind. It incorporates the body’s felt experiences, such as breath and movement, into the session in order to work with your system as a whole.
Spiritual Coaching, Reiki & Yoga
I offer alternative and complimentary therapy modalities including Spiritual Coaching, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Reiki, Private Yoga Sessions and Group Classes.
