Step away from the busyness of your daily routine with Virtual Reset, my online therapeutic somatic movement and mindfulness practice. Designed to fit seamlessly into your workday, this session is the perfect midday pause to release stress, recharge your focus, and reinvigorate your day.

Class Details
  • Format: Online (Zoom)
  • Schedule: Tuesdays from 12:20 PM to 1:00 PM
  • Cost: $20 per class or pay what you can – everyone is welcome
  • Registration: Drop-ins are always welcome, or secure your spot by registering at this link

In each session, you will be gently guided through:

  • Mindfulness meditation to clear your mind and enhance concentration
  • Gentle movements to alleviate physical stress and tension
    Breath work to calm your nervous system and revitalize your energy

No mat needed, just a chair and the willingness to reset. Cameras will be off so come as you are and leave when you need.
